ETA SKILLS – pre-season training is the best way to improve as your athlete prepares for their school/travel team. These group workouts prioritize player development, and focus on the individual. We believe having the skills unlocks freedom to play on the court. These sessions will be centered around building well-rounded players, who can shoot, pass, and dribble, as well as improving the overall athleticism: agility, conditioning, footwork, speed. Letting the players practice new moves and drills in a low-stakes and positive environment will benefit them when they are in-season during the Winter.
ETA SKILL & PLAY (Middle School & High School)
Excited to introduce Friday “Skill & Play” program at Fastbreak HQ. This is a 90 minute group workout consisting of two (2) parts. The first part is skill training and the second part we play full-court controlled scrimmages. “Skill & Play” is the perfect compliment to our weekly ETA Skill workouts as it gives players a chance to implement the skills they worked on during the week in a “game-like” situation. All “Skill & Play” sessions will be on Fastbreak HQ’s main court.
