What is ETA – Speed and Agility?
The ETA Speed and Agility Program is designed to develop athletic performance through circuit training. Athletes build essential movement mechanics, body awareness, core strength, stability, and mobility. As participants progress, they improve their lateral quickness, vertical leap and explosion. This is done through plyometrics, speed, agility, power output, and strength training. The program also focuses on a young athlete’s mental approach and developing a winning mindset.
Through a progressive structure, participants gain improvements in explosive power, lateral speed, vertical jumping ability, and short-burst acceleration. This is achieved through a well-rounded blend of plyometrics, agility drills, speed mechanics, power development, and functional strength training.
In addition to the physical components, the program places strong emphasis on the mental aspect of sports performance. Athletes are coached to develop focus, resilience, and a winning mindset—helping them not only move faster and stronger but also think sharper under pressure. Whether for competition or personal development, the ETA Speed and Agility Program empowers young athletes to unlock their full potential on and off the field.
