Harrington Performance is teaming up with Fastbreak to bring you an all-new training experience — Speed, Agility, and Athletic Performance.
This dynamic program is designed to help young athletes move better, faster, and stronger. Through expert coaching and proven training methods, participants will build a foundation in:
- Speed and agility development
- Plyometrics and explosive power
- Body awareness and coordination
- Strength training and injury prevention
Athletes will be coached on proper movement mechanics, landing and jump technique, and guided through a strategic mobility flow to enhance joint function and longevity. Whether your goal is to get faster, jump higher, move more efficiently, or stay injury-free, this program will give you the edge to perform at your best — in every sport and every season.
