As the program progresses, children engage in small-sided games to learn positions and basic strategy, while also developing tactical awareness and decision-making under pressure. In the later weeks, players experience competitive scenarios to simulate real-match conditions, with a focus on transitions between offense and defense. The program culminates with a review and challenge day, followed by a game day to showcase their progress and celebrate teamwork and sportsmanship.

About the Founder:

Maxime Chanot is a professional footballer who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club Los Angeles FC. Born in France to a Luxembourgish mother, he plays for the Luxembourg national team at international level. He developed as a young soccer player in Europe, and after living and playing professionally in New York City, he noticed the USA youth soccer space was missing a lot of the crucial coaching that led him to become a professional soccer player.
