Coach Eddie Woolsey, who grew up across the Hudson in Tenafly, NJ was a 3-year varsity starter in football, basketball and baseball. He then went onto study Business Administration at Ramapo College of NJ and is currently in the midst of completing his NASM personal training certification.
Eddie started with Fastbreak back in 2007 as an assistant coach and is now the General Manager. While working at Fastbreak, he realized that his love of sports, passion for teaching and the ability to communicate with children would make him a great coach. Eddie brings a high level of energy and positivity to his teams and programs while connecting with individual athletes on their level, “Everyone learns in different ways and the more you can relate to the child the easier it will be for them to understand what you are teaching.”
Coach Eddie believes in teaching sport fundamentals to children and instilling core values on and off the field while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Coach Eddie has won 2 of 3 Championships with the travel flag football team in the NJFFA league over the last 4 seasons.
