This full day flag football summer camp is designed to create an atmosphere that encourages all players ages 7-14 to expand their skills to reach their full potential. Throughout each session, players will refine existing skills, learn new ones and work on both offense and defense. Players will also work to improve their speed, strength, agility and to play each position with proficiency.

Flag football is a fantastic sport for kids, offering both physical and personal development benefits. Players learn essential football fundamentals that build a strong foundation for future levels of play, while the fast-paced nature of the game improves cardiovascular health, strength, agility, and overall fitness. Beyond the physical advantages, flag football encourages social growth by fostering teamwork, communication, and meaningful friendships. As athletes develop their skills and experience success on the field, they naturally build confidence that carries over into school and everyday life.

Camp Details:

  • Age: 7 – 14 (Boys and Girls)
  • Dates: June 15th – September 4th (Monday through Friday)
  • Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Location: Dwight Turf Field (2116 1st Ave)

Registration Details:

  • $180/day (single day / weekly registrations available)
  • $800 per week (SAVE $100 PER WEEK – 5 consecutive days)

Lunch:

  • Lunch Add-On is available for $14/day (pizza, gatorade, water and snack)
  • If you do not wish to participate in our lunch add-on, please pack a nut free lunch, water, and snack.

  • 9:25AM – Agility / Vertical Training
  • 9:55AM – Water Rest / Recovery
  • 10:00AM – Positional Drills (QB, WR, RB)
  • 10:30AM – Team Throw (QB+WR) / (QB+RB)
  • 11:00AM – Official Gameplay
  • 12:30PM – 1v1 Drills (Coverage / Flag Pulling)
  • 1:00PM – Lunch Break
  • 1:30PM – Chalk Talk (X’s and O’s)
  • 2:00PM – Official Gameplay
