Middle School Academy

  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Dates: June 15th – August 28th
  • Times – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Location: Dwight School Athletic Center (2116 1st Ave between 108th and 109th) + sports performance on rooftop training center
    • $20 Daily Transportation Add-on available to/from Fastbreak HQ (1629 85th and 1st Ave)
  • Sports Performance Training for Middle School Athletes: At this level we will be focusing on the foundation of an athlete. We want to improve movement quality and prevent injury by implementing a direct and deliberate mobility routine, repetition of speed and multidirectional movement (agility) drills, as well as an introduction to building foundational strength using body weight and appropriate resistance tools.
  • Registrations: Cost is $185 per day or $795 per week

High School Academy

  • Days: Monday through Thursday
  • Dates: June 15th – August 28th
  • Times – 12:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Location: Dwight School Athletic Center (2116 1st Ave between 108th & 109th) + Sports Performance on rooftop training center
  •  Sports Performance Training for High School Athletes: At the high school level, we begin to explore more dynamic, reactive drills and movements. We continue to revisit and reemphasize the foundation, but also explore more game and competition-based skills. Mobility and injury prevention remains a top priority, but the speed and agility as well as the strength training becomes more advanced.
