Program Overview (3rd to 12th Grade)
Our AAU basketball program demands a serious commitment and targets dedicated players who seek high-level coaching and strong competition. Players should embrace feedback and understand that coaches assign playing time based on performance and team dynamics. The season runs through September and October. Practices start in September, with players training twice per week. They will also compete in one-day, weekend, or three-day tournaments. Most tournaments are mandatory and take place outside New York City. Families should plan to travel to Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or other nearby areas—especially in October.
Families should also prepare for weeknight practices and weekend travel. Since tournament directors often release schedules on short notice, flexibility is key. If this commitment doesn’t suit your family, we’re happy to recommend a more appropriate program.
We hold practices Monday through Friday in the afternoon or early evening. Sessions may start as early as 4:30 PM and end as late as 10:00 PM on Fridays. Once we finalize team rosters, we will assign practice times and locations. All players must attend tryouts to join the program.

*Every player will be required to register and attend tryouts. There is a $25 tryout fee and players will receive their own reversible numbered jersey*
