Team Hustle NYC – Girls AAU Basketball

At Team Hustle NYC, we’re dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and well-rounded female athletes. Our Girls AAU Basketball Program offers the perfect blend of high-level training, competitive gameplay, and personal growth—all within a supportive, empowering environment.

Designed for girls in grades 4 through 9, this program provides an elite experience for players looking to sharpen their skills and elevate their game. Each athlete trains under the guidance of experienced coaches—many of whom are former collegiate or professional players. Our staff focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving basketball IQ, and developing physical conditioning through thoughtfully structured practices. Throughout the season, players follow custom training plans and participate in 4+ local or regional AAU tournaments. These single-day weekend events give athletes valuable experience in real game settings while encouraging teamwork, leadership, and confidence under pressure. We also support our players beyond the court with mentorship in goal setting, character building, and academic accountability.

Season & Practice Details

• Fall Season: September – November
• Practice Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Times: 6:00–7:15 PM or 7:15–8:30 PM
• Location: Allen-Stevenson School, 132 E 78th St

Tournament Schedule

Teams will compete in at least four single-day tournaments per season, held on weekends at local and regional sites.

Tryouts & Evaluations
