COVID-19

All players are required to wear their mask prior to checking-in and throughout the duration of the program. All players will receive a temperature check before they begin. If a child has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, they will be turned away no questions asked. Hand sanitizer will be readily available at each field and staff will be stressing the importance of social distancing while not in active play.

Spectators

We encourage fans but are very adamant about social distancing. There will be designated areas for spectators to watch from a distance. We ask that parents and players stay separate throughout the program. Parents may also remain in their cars and back into parking spots and watch from there.

Player and team requests.

We have received and documented all player and team requests and will factor these into our team building. Please notify us ASAP if you have not yet made any requests and are looking to do so. For week 1 scrimmages, players will engage in “pick-up” style play for the evaluation and may not be placed with their requests.

League Schedules

League schedules will be confirmed after week 1 evaluation. All divisions are scheduled to play at the same time each week (see below under program times). All teams will be emailed with their team name, roster and game schedule.

Weather Policy

Will run in non-hazardous conditions. This is an outdoor league and weather conditions are not always be ideal. Games will run in rain, snow and cold. You should assume games are on as scheduled unless otherwise notified. We also strongly encourage you to ensure that your child is properly dressed for all weather conditions.

Cancelation

All families will be emailed prior to 12pm day of if the program is canceled. If for any reason we cancel the program our goal is schedule a make-up date by extending the season. If we are unable to schedule a make-up date, we will credit all families for the missed session(s).

Attire/Uniform

Players must bring their jersey each week. Please be mindful of the weather and dress appropriately.

Cleats

We strongly encourage that players wear cleats during games as the field may be wet at times. Players with cleats will be at an advantage while playing. No metal spike/cleats allowed.
