FALL 2024 TRAVEL FLAG FOOTBALL TRAINING & WORKOUTS
(Grades 3rd – 8th)
Fastbreak is recruiting young athletes (Grades 3rd – 8th) looking for the next level flag football experience. Our travel teams are designed for competitive players looking to be the best and participate in different leagues and tournaments. Each travel team will be assigned a coach for the duration of the season who will develop individual and team skill sets. During practice, each team will work on offensive and defensive team concepts in a challenging atmosphere to prepare the team for competitive play. Players will also develop their individual skills through plyometric, speed/agility, hand-eye coordination, form/technique training. All players will have one weekday team practice and compete in a Friday night league. Full custom uniforms are provided for all players.

3rd/4th Grade – Tuesday 4:00pm – 6:00pm (97th / 5th) on Tuesday, May 28th and Tuesday, June 4th
5th/6th Grade – Wednesday 4:00pm – 6:00pm (97th / 5th) on Wednesday, May 29th and Wednesday, June 5th
7th/8th Grade – Thursday 4:00pm – 6:00pm (97th / 5th) on Wednesday, May 29th and Wednesday, June 5th

League Details – Outdoors Under the Lights….
Times: Friday 6:00pm – 9:30pm (will receive league schedule in advance)
Schedule: Friday, Sept 10th – Nov 15th.
Location: Flower’s Park – 491 5th Ave New Rochelle
Cost: $1295 (including uniform). Returning players can receive a $70 discount if they will not be purchasing a new uniform.
