Travel Flag Football Season Overview (Grades 3rd-8th)

Fastbreak is seeking motivated young athletes who are ready to elevate their flag football game. Our travel teams are tailored for competitive players aiming to excel and participate in high-level leagues and tournaments.

Each team will be assigned a dedicated coach for the entire season, focusing on developing both individual abilities and team strategies. Practices will emphasize offensive and defensive concepts in a dynamic and challenging environment to prepare for competitive play. Players will also enhance their skills through targeted training, including plyometrics, speed and agility drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, and form and technique refinement.

Teams will engage in one weekday practice session and compete in a Friday night league. Additionally, all players will receive custom-designed uniforms. Join us at Fastbreak for an unparalleled flag football experience designed to build champions on and off the field.
