With BSNY / For 6th – 12th Graders

Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Ages 11 – 13) and 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Ages 13 – 16)

- Location: BSNY HQ – 210 W 91 St (Corner of Amsterdam)
Other Notes:
- Lunch will NOT be provided for 2.5 hour clinic. Please pack adequate water/Gatorade/etc.

Sample Camp Day

- 9:30 AM – Stretch & Warm Up drills
- 9:40 AM – Ball Handling/Dribbling Skills
- 10:10 AM – Shooting
- 10:30 AM – Shooting Competitions (Individual & Team)
- 10:50 AM – Team Concepts (Ex: Pass and cut, transition offense, team defense, pick and roll, etc.)
- 11:15 AM – Modified Game Play (to emphasize morning skills)
- 12:00 PM – Wrap Up
