NYC Kids Flag Football League

About the League…

The NYC Kids Flag Football League runs throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side for 1st–8th graders.

Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and competitive flag football experience, in partnership with some of the top youth organizations in New York City. This league offers children the chance to stay active outdoors, play weekly games with friends, and develop both individual and team skills.

Program Details…

  • Each player may request up to 2 teammates.

  • After Week 1 evaluations, teams will be drafted to ensure even competition.

  • Teams may be adjusted during the first few weeks for balance and fairness.

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions include both team practice and games.

  • Every game features a certified referee, official scorekeeping, standings, and a playoff and championship format.

  • Championship awards are given to the league winners.

🗓 Day: Saturdays
📦 Sessions: 11 total
💲 Cost: $770 per player
Includes a reversible league jersey and belt
👥 Limited to 6 teams per division

  • January: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

  • February: 7,14, 21, 28

  • March: 7*
